The National Prayer Embassy is a long-time supporter
of Kenneth Copeland Ministries. Since 1996 we have conducted annual
prayer tours of Washington, D.C. and Hollywood, California in conjunction
with Kenneth Copeland conventions, where the Copeland staff announced
our tour from their platform and allowed us to take reservations
in their lobby.
Begun in 1983, the National Prayer Embassy helps
believers in Jesus Christ to obey God's Word in 1st Timothy 2:1-4
by praying first of all for all nations, leaders and world events,
so that we'll have peace to spread the gospel. This mission is being
accomplished by weekly prayer alerts and regular prayer tours such
as the Washington, D.C. Prayer Tour above.
(SAMPLE PRAYER FROM RECENT YEARS):

Dear Barry,
Thanks again for your assistance in the Washington,
D.C. Prayer Tour we held on Sunday morning, November 12th, the morning
after your D.C. Victory Campaign ended! We had the following reservations
and attendance:
The Quality Tours bus we used was on-time,
in excellent condition, with a friendly,
capable driver.
The weather was a challenge, with cold, rain and
wind, which explains why the
enclosed group photos were taken inside the WyteStone hotel lobby.
However, the prayers
on board the bus were fervent and effectual each time, and we had
no problems with either of
our groups. Jesus is Lord over D.C., America and all the earth!
We especially appreciated Kenneth's exhortation and teaching from
Thursday night, Nov. 9th,
on the importance of responding to the recent election results with
love, forgiveness, faith and
prayer.
We included this summary of Kenneth's Thursday night message
on both tours, and
remembered to pray for him and Gloria and you and all the KCM team,
especially for God to
renew your strength in the aftermath of the Washington, D.C. Victory
Campaign, that you all
would receive a multiplied return back on your lives in the way
you need it most.
Thank you all
for coming to D.C. each year since 1994!
This year we were honored to have your European Director, Martin
Hawkins, on board our
11 A.M. tour. I had him take the microphone on board that tour to
lead our prayers for Kenneth,
Gloria and KCM.
He is in such a strategic position right now with
the Muslims racing the Holy
Ghost to take over all of Europe. Thank God we know who wins! KCM
with the Word of Faith
message is obviously a big part of bringing God's victory back to
Europe bigtime!
The offering we collected that morning totaled $647. Enclosed is
$200 as a tithe and offering for your ministry, which includes a
recent tithe from our host church in the Washington, D.C. area--praise
God!
We asked the people in attendance to give us some comments we could
send on to KCM
(see enclosed). We look forward to working with you at your future
meetings in D.C., Hollywood and
around the world!
Yours truly, in the Glory Storm!

Dear Rev. Pat,
Thanks for hosting the Washington, D.C. Prayer Tour we held on Friday
afternoon,
October 27th, during your recent Prophetic Prayer and Worship Conference.
As the enclosed photo
shows, six people from your conference went out with us to pray
over the city from 1 P.M. to 3 P.M.
that day.
Enclosed are copies of the literature we distributed to your prayer
tour participants, including a
one-page information flier prior to the tour, a six page stapled
handout at the beginning of the tour, and our 63-page prayer handbook, which we allowed your participants
to use during the tour, with it
being available for sale at the end.
As the enclosed photo shows, we donated the use of our National
Prayer Embassy 15-passenger van for the tour. It ran well the entire
time, and we had no mechanical problems or major traffic delays.
The weather was overcast with occasional light drizzle, but the
rain was not heavy enough to create major problems.
One correction: in addition to the sites listed on the front of
our one-page information flier, we also drove through the Embassy
Row area, including the Israeli Embassy and Homeland Security Headquarters,
directing corresponding prayers at each.
It was a pleasure to pray that day with your prayer tour participants!
I felt a great deal of fervency, effectiveness, unity and freedom
in the Holy Ghost, especially while leading them in singing prophetic
prayers. We asked them to give us their comments we could send on
to you--see enclosed.
Also enclosed is a DVD from our Nov. 20, 2005 D.C. Prayer Tour from
the Kenneth Copeland D.C. meeting to give you a better idea of what
our October 27, 2006 tour was like with your group.
The offering we collected at the end of the tour on October 27th
totaled $145. Enclosed is $100 as a tithe and offering for your
ministry--praise God! I was honored to be a part of your conference,
and also enjoyed attending the Saturday afternoon prayer leaders'
roundtable.
Please forgive me for not being able to come back on
Saturday evening as I indicated to you I would. I had a last minute
unexpected local church need in preparation for our service the
next morning.
On Friday afternoon after the tour and again on Saturday afternoon
I was able to spend some time meeting and getting to know your host
Pastor James Love--it turns out we have several mutual friends,
especially from his years at Evangel Temple.
I've also been able to pray several times this past year at D.C.
area prayer leaders meetings with your ministry representative and
supporter Alice Holland, who is always a blessing, and whom we look
forward to having speak at our local D.C. area church on December
3rd.
Keep up your good work for Jesus! He is Lord!

The National Prayer Embassy is a long-time supporter
of Generals International (Mike and Cindy Jacobs). In 1986 we helped
Mike and Cindy conduct a Generals of Intercession
meeting and “The Marriage of Praise and Prayer,” both
in Washington, D.C.
In 1996 we helped Mike and Cindy conduct prayer
tours for the “Washington For Jesus” rally, for which
they were prayer directors. Mike and Cindy Jacobs have served as
special advisors to the National Prayer Embassy since the time of
our founding.

Dear Cindy & Mike,
Thanks for hosting the Washington, D.C. Prayer Tours we held on
Saturday afternoon, June 24th, at the end of your recent Shift the
Nation conference!
As the enclosed photos show, a total of 134 people
went on a total of four busloads (two buses each at 1:15 P.M. and
at 3:15 P.M.)!
The two buses we rented turned out to be in good condition as promised,
with friendly, capable drivers.
The weather was mostly cloudy, but
the rain held off until after our last tour was over!
The prayers
were fervent and effectual each time, and we had no major problems
with any of our four busloads, other than the fact that both buses
were about 30 minutes late arriving for the 1:15 P.M. tour which
led to us omitting the Capitol Hill portion of both tours (1:15
P.M. and 3:15 P.M.).
However, all four busloads were able to see the Capitol Dome in
the distance from the Iwo Jima Monument grounds, and we led each
group in praying God's Word for Upcoming Elections and for the Media
out loud together from our prayer handbook just as if we had been
passing the Capitol up close.
Enclosed is a DVD from our Nov. 20,
2005 D.C. Prayer Tour from the Kenneth Copeland D.C. meeting to
give you a better idea of what our June 24, 2006 tours were like.
On Thursday night, June 22nd, you brought forth a prophecy that
“God is washing Washington!” Based on that, for the
June 24th Prayer Tours God gave us a new song to sing out loud together,
using the tune of the chorus to “Blow the trumpet in Zion:”
Jesus' blood is washing Washington!
Jesus' blood is washing
America!
Jesus' blood is washing all the earth!
Jesus is Lord!
We had a glorious time singing that over Washington, D.C. with all
four busloads on June 24th!
The offering we collected from all four busloads on June 24th totaled
$753.30. Our bus rental expenses for the day were $1261, but we
know God will make up the difference abundantly and we were honored
to be included in your conference! Enclosed is $100 as a tithe and
offering for your ministry--praise God!
We asked the people in attendance
at the June 24th prayer tours to give us their comments we could
send on to you--see enclosed.
For those who may contact you about wanting to spend more time on
site praying over the U.S. Capitol and Supreme Court, I have two
suggestions:
1) each Sunday morning from 7 A.M. to 9 A.M. our local church conducts
a D.C. Prayer
Tour, which always includes the Capitol and Supreme Court--visitors
are welcomed at no charge; and
2) some may want to schedule a special “Jericho Prayer Tour
of Capitol Hill” which would circle the Capitol and Supreme
Court seven times in about two hours. Our 15-passenger van is available
at no charge- For larger groups we can again rent the 55 passenger
buses for about $630 per bus.
Thanks also for honoring long-time prayer leaders Barbara and Dick
Simmons on Friday night, June 23rd at your conference, for their
50th wedding anniversary, and also for allowing me to announce the
5 A.M. prayer meeting Dick Simmons led at your conference site on
Saturday, June 24th.
Since 1980 Dick has been hearing God tell him
that daily 5 A.M. prayer meetings, especially by men, are a key
to taking our nation back for God. We saw that in a measure in the
mid-1980's and early 90's under Larry Lea and Bob Willhite, and
of course the Koreans around the world have been using that for
the last 100 years, having learned it from American missionaries.
Dick says that God showed him in the early 80's that mixing in 5
A.M. vehicular prayer tours once a week will maintain variety, interest
and focus.
Jesus is Lord!
